How Repairs Work
Your tools are disassembled, cleaned, and checked to determine the full extent of repair required. Customers should advise us of all repairs expected under warranty, and if we cannot justify a repair under a given warranty, you'll be told prior to completing the repair. Proof of purchase will also be required to substantiate warranty claims.
All repair work is done by experienced technicians using genuine replacement parts. Unrepairable tools are returned disassembled, as per OSHA regulations. Unassembled tools are considered "unsafe," and pose a safety hazard. Please note that a minimum labor charge may be charged for tools returned and not repaired.
